With a Graduate Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Whitworth University, she specializes in working with individuals, couples, and families. Whether you’re struggling with anxieties, substance dependencies, traumas, or depression, she believes therapy is a safe space to express your deepest feelings without judgment or bias. Her goal is to meet you wherever you are on your journey and help you work through everyday issues. By integrating various therapeutic approaches such as Experiential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Art Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy, Lifespan Integration, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy, she strives to tailor her approach to best meet your needs. She has had the privilege of participating in externships for Gottman Couples Therapy, Lifespan Integration, and Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy. She also has a high value for spirituality, having grown up in the Christian faith, and enjoy working with individuals who share similar values. When she’s not counseling, you can find her spending time with her family and friends, playing sports (golf is her favorite!), or hitting the slopes for some skiing during the winter months.
